We took a very nice e-chopper tour from Otterlo. What beautiful surroundings! And the CSI game was also incredibly fun to do. The photos and videos you take from the app end up in your movie roll. So you can laugh about it again afterwards too!

Rented two MTB bikes with my husband for a nice trip on the Veluwe. We were helped by a nice employee to come together to the most suitable route for us: blue 12 km, purple or red. I indicated that I had ridden the purple route before. Then another employee intervened and said: "The best thing is to do the blue route, which is also suitable for children. To which we replied; "we don't have children with us". It really was the best route for us. In the end we chose a piece of blue and purple. Hours of great mountain biking. We found it a very special experience. I think as a landlord you are responsible for your employees. If they are well trained they should be able to explain what the routes entail and what questions to ask so that the customer can decide for themselves (in consultation) which route they choose. Furthermore, the MTB L was running a bit, as if there was a knock in the wheel.

Instruction and staff fine! Next time do check the brakes and tires, tire inflated halfway( luckily were and bike pump with the white bikes) and the brakes my husband tightened these did not function.

It was a lot of fun and the staff is very helpful and friendly. However, it is really careful at the junctions. I have ridden this route twice now and got lost twice.

The service is very friendly and customer-oriented. In addition, the bikes are super nice and despite the gray and windy weather we were able to make a nice bike ride across the Hoge Veluwe! Especially with our baby, it was very nice to have a good bike with gears and not have to get on a white bike (which by the way work fine too! But this was a convenient and necessary luxury).
