Fun route through beautiful varied area of Garderen. Clear instructions. For me (woman of almost 50 without any experience with mopeds or scooters very exciting and at times scary, no good control of vehicle). But on the straight paved sections it went fine. Definitely enjoyed it very much.

In general, the bikes were of a good brand, but one bike was a little rickety. Also, we were not helped very well, because the bikes were given and the woman, who helped us, left right away. But otherwise we enjoyed the bike rides during these days!

All well taken care of. One surprise that was unpleasant to me: In the booking, the costs were neatly listed. When I had to pay (iDeal), service costs were unexpectedly added. I do not care about the money, but the principle of suddenly charging a few extra euros gave me a double feeling. If you want to charge those costs, that's fine. But mention that from the beginning.

The explanation we were given was quite limited and we could not test drive the bike, it was directly on the street. Moreover, the defects of the e-choppers were not repaired or checked: broken blinkers, handlebars that did not rotate properly, in the bag of the e-chopper there were still empty bottles of drinks, ...

The activity was really super!!! The only downside was the coffee and apple pie, it was a shame the coffee came from a vending machine instead of really fresh coffee. Only downside ;)

You are very (read 'too') businesslike. The voucher has gone the wrong way. Plus if you return late you pay Eur 25,- for your E-chop. Madness. And not customer friendly. I wouldn't promote you to anyone. Eur 4,50 charge for when booking by phone is something to be ashamed of.

Service ok, too bad you have to return the bikes as early as 5:30pm. Something should be done about that because you can easily agree to put the bikes down and have the keys deposited in the mailbox.

Why would I actually give a lower rating. I cycled 2 different days, and the first day the explanation of the bike route was just very good from the staff. Also in terms of signs, it was clearly marked the whole way, although it took some careful attention and looking at that myself.

We had a very nice day. One of the choppers unfortunately had a faulty battery, also the seating position was not so nice after a while. But that didn't spoil the fun, the route was beautiful and the staff was helpful and cheerful.

Junction route is a bit old-fashioned though, especially if you're used to GPS navigation. It's irritating when you can't easily click away or skip a clip if you don't want to (it was hot and I wanted to go back to the map to find the nearest terrace, but it was difficult to do so). Instruction from the e-choppers did go very quickly, take an extra minute for this, especially if it is new to everyone. Other than that, great route, friendly staff and e-Choppers ride great.
