After the first bumpy 'horse-path' we found the right route and had a perfect tour through fantastic nature, ending with the beautiful Ginkelse heath, complete with low-flying helicopter during a military exercise. "I would not book here but spontaneously decide to go because if within 72 hours in advance it turns out that the weather is going to be so tremendously bad (inclement, soaking wet day -St. Nicholas entry) then there is no way to reschedule so we got soaking wet in half an hour and then turned right around because it was just irresponsible to go on the road like this with incessant downpours and strong winds which was also warned about on TV. No customer-oriented/ flexible way of working, no empathy, no rain gear offered, in short: not a nice experience for us so no reason to come back here again!"

"Incredibly fun to explore the Veluwe with e-choppers. However, we were unlucky that 1 of the choppers broke down in the middle of the heath. However, employees were very helpful and brought a working e-chopper. After about an hour we were able to get on again and were able to use the choppers for an extra long time. Choppers showed some other defects besides this breakdown like to unload, cracked mirrors and lame scooters. All in all had a lot of fun and would do it again in a heartbeat."

"*Have asked if there were dog carrier bikes. Was told yes, but was just for kids, had to lift a 35 kg golden retriever in and out every time.
*Was just on the road we had to go back for another saddle, this one moved in all directions. To the front , back, left and right. Just bad.
*The gear was also not right , almost have to go to the gym to get the gear in a lower position. Switching up sometimes worked , sometimes not
*Also had to ask if the tires could be inflated, was not done
*Had to call the store again during a stop to ask for the numbers for the lock, was not told when the bike was handed over.
*The support stopped, even after replacing a 2nd battery provided. So rode about 7km without support. Can tell you not pleasant with a Bakfiets (Dutch cargo bike) and a dog of 35kg in it.
*On return we got no money back or a part, but a voucher. Very nice if you leave the day after!
All in all a VERY SLOW experience with the Veluwe specialist. will NOT RECOMMEND the store to others. Complaints are handled poorly with a voucher. "

"Normally we always give a 10 today it's an 8 we were in the middle of the woods with a dead battery. Luckily they arrived fairly quickly with a new battery and gave us a bag of chips. Very nice! Personally we expected to get an extra credit on our return we had quite a lot of problems with a dead battery (rode very slowly, did not come up a hill you really had to get off and when it was completely empty another 2 km with a clumsy walking bike walked uphill to a wider place for other cyclists not to be a nuisance. Will we come back again? Certainly this will not keep us away it is far too nice and beautiful. "

"You offer cargo bikes suitable for dogs. This was disappointing, the Bakfiets (Dutch cargo bike) was not really nice for the dog. No boarding possibility ( door is actually just necessary with larger dogs) so we had to lift ( 38 kg!).
Also the bench that was in it makes the space considerably smaller.
Maybe it is useful to indicate whether you take children or dog? And with dog what size? So that the Bakfiets (Dutch cargo bike) is adjusted. Also a non-slip mat was missing.
I have also asked beforehand and at pickup about possibilities to let loose along the route, unfortunately you could not give that information. And what was told was not correct.
Would be a fantastic service if that could also be indicated during the ride, or in advance."
