Beautiful ride through nature and surroundings only very unfortunate that they no longer have the e-scooters. We did not like the E-chopper deluxe. I got pain in my shoulders because the handlebars are quite high and my husband did not like the ride at all. We hope the e-scooters will come back because Veluwe Specialist has the best and most friendly service in Garderen.

Fun trip had and nice route. Reception and explanations by staff were also good. Too bad they did not think along with weather conditions. Bit rigid attitude to move only in case of hail and thunderstorms. A possibility to move to another time within 4 weeks and if available would be fine.

It was all good, well received, clear explanation of the activities, we had as a tip only passed balls re-sprayed, we could hardly find them in the forest and indicate the route in the forest more clearly with maybe a sign route Road bowling.

L.s. I had booked Saturdays in store for Wednesday Hoenderlo outing ...come we had them booked wrong we had to go all the way to Garderen ...no excuse ...as compensation we got a can of soda....very weird honestly.....

One mountain bike of the four was completely worn out. Pedaled through when applying power to the pedals. In addition, the chain went off the sprockets about 8 times while cycling. As a result, the enjoyment of cycling disappeared altogether. The complaint afterwards was not taken too seriously, it was said that "it was ridden yesterday and there were no complaints then". In other words, the failures occurred suddenly. No compensation was offered. So, not satisfied!

Well organized. Good explanation. Too bad that it can not be changed in super bad weather. We were therefore not able to fully enjoy it. That is a reason for us to see if we will book it again next time.

It was great to take an outdoor horseback ride. The people who accompanied us were very nice. It was a pity that we had to wait in vain for other people who had also booked an outdoor ride, but who did not show up. As a result, we were able to go into the woods for at least half an hour shorter, which is what we had actually come for. Perhaps it would be a good idea to make it a condition that if people arrive 15 minutes late, the activity will be cancelled for them, so that it is not at the expense of people who do arrive on time.

Got 2 bikes along at 10.00 that both had soft tires...and back again so.... And on the way from otterlo to hoenderloo discovered that one of the batteries only had 1 block left. Had to exchange the battery in Hoenderloo.... Bit sloppy...staff did nothing with the information.
