After reserving five gear bikes and one e-bike over the phone, we received a call five minutes later that five gear bikes were not available after all, after which the reservation had to be adjusted to 3 gear bikes and 3 e-bikes. While we had already made a reservation, it was subsequently adjusted at our expense. I can understand why €4.50 is charged for a telephone reservation. But why an unannounced "service fee" of € 2.95 is added on top of that, I cannot understand....

Unfortunately 2 balance bikes broken, were replaced with a scooter! Great service!

Good explanation friendly staff. The e chopper were very stiffly sprung so not so pleasant on some stretches.

Nice staff , a little more explanation what to do if the e scooter breaks down would have been nice, luckily I am inquisitive and we got out of it, too bad money back when exchanging e scooter to electric bike ( for 1 of my group) the difference is not refunded . Would have been nice service

We were super helped, clear explanation and given a wonderful route. Unfortunately 1 bike was out of order, pedaling and a terrible rattle in the chain guard. With all 3 bikes there was something strange going on. When you take your feet off the pedals the bike goes much faster than when you pedal. The pedals then spin around very fast without load. Upon returning we reported this and were not really taken seriously, which was a shame

I found the time very tight. If you did not want to rip the E- chopper on 3rd gear along beautiful forest and heath along the way, there was little time left for a relaxing cup of coffee in between. Otherwise: enjoyed!

Unfortunately, we were unable to ride for too short a time.... employee indicated that the choppers had to be back on the road at 3pm and we took that blindly.... Must have been a slip of the tongue by him I think and we only found out when we had to rush the last part to make it 15h.... Not very clever of him but certainly very stupid of us! The route was great!

The indicated route is fine, only you can hardly make it if you also take a coffee break. Best to scramble, then, and that wasn't easy on a busy Sunday afternoon. A little more time would have been nice. Other than that, it's just fun and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

We had a great outing! We had booked at 09:00, but this was not communicated to the riding school. We had all the time and could enjoy ourselves until 11:30. We can imagine that this is not appreciated by everyone.... attention to communication so.... Is this what we paid the service fee for?

The person you had to report to was still very young and inexperienced we noticed, instructions were very pleasant. The e-chopper deluxe really comes highly recommended! What was unfortunate, the route map was far too short for the time of 3.75 hours and we still had an hour left. We did some driving through Garderen ourselves but that was a bit of a shame. For the rest we had a top day with beautiful weather!

I found it unfortunate that the route that was written out was quite short... we were already halfway through the route after 20 min. After contacting us to ask how far we could drive with the full battery we had we were only advised not to go off the route. This we did against the advice and managed to fill our time on one larger route incl break.

I would have liked more insight into how long I could stop along the way and how fast I had to drive to make the finish time. Other than that, I just really enjoyed it. Especially the beautiful route was incredibly fun and I would repeat it again (with maybe just a different route).

We rented 2 ebikes for 6 days it was great bikes and friendly staff. A very big compliment.

we did stop for a while because the battery of 1 of the choppers stopped working. This was a downside.
