Was just a shame, that the electric bikes, which I ordered 4 days in advance were not there due to the crowds. We only got the bikes at a quarter to twelve, which came from somewhere else. We did get a free cup of coffee. But actually they should have reserved it. Now everyone preceded who had been there earlier.

I found for the time we booked the itinerary a little too short, however this was resolved fantastically, even got another one with full battery.... would also be nice to be able to rent them full or half day

Too bad the brakes on my rented E bike straight almost couldn't brake. For safety they really should be adjusted.

We rented the balance bike. Super fun. Nice way to see a lot of the Veluwe. We got a flat tire on the way. Called the service number and within minutes someone came out with a new balance bike. Super service.

the activity was very nice, the mapped out route was not feasible for us in 2 hours given the crowded bike paths.

Very nice experience and route. Even people without moped experience enjoy it after few minutes. Too bad there is suspension on it. This you notice after a few km's .

The e-shopper was a lot of fun. Nice route. Nice staff. High beer I do not recommend. As first beer we got an ordinary hertog Jan tap beer. And the bitterballs were brought 15 minutes after. Later it turned out that they were bitterballs with beer as an ingredient. This was not mentioned. 2 and 3 the beer and bite was good with explanation. Most staff did not have much sense to work in my opinion because they were very short and not really customer friendly. So in summary. E chopper. Top. High beer at the bonte koe could be a lot better.

Fun to do and good explanation. 1 point not really clear if you look on the internet you think you can also do a route to the high veluwe from otterlo but that appears not to be the case. Maybe clearly state that it is a fixed route but not to the high veluwe. Further top arranged and nice route

Of the 4 bikes, there were 2 that were not 100%. One had a fender and lamp and from the other the motor was making a lot of noise. Seemed to fail.

Unfortunately, there were no e-bikes left, even though we had reservations. Then we got e-choppers. That turned out to be fun, too.

Too bad we had to wait a long time before we got the bikes, this was three quarters of an hour and does come off your cycling time. This could be better organized.

It could be even better by getting everything ready in advance by order since (quasi) everyone books online. This could reduce the waiting time before departure.

It was super to do, very nice tour, but could have been longer. We were back almost half an hour early!

Helpful, friendly and clear explanations. Tip: There was really enough time to drive the route (2.5 hours). That this is indicated. So that you can plan some stops for example. Further top and very nice route

We arrived half an hour in advance yet left 15 minutes later due to crowds. This was not conveniently arranged that all outings start at the same time/about the same time. Initially, we would not be allowed to complete our tour and instead receive a drink afterwards. Because we were given a chopper with a soft/flat tire which was changed, we were allowed to finish the tour. The flat tire was resolved nicely.

* some choppers didn't have a good battery because they only barely made it to twenty mph, so they fell behind, which is annoying for the other twelve choppers * the leadership forgot to give us the packed lunch for the road, I found the handing out a bit messy, it seemed that they totally forgot about it it turned out all right later. * for the rest completely fine, a big 9.

First time on an e-bike, at first it took some getting used to and a bit wobbly. But afterwards we had a lot of fun and walked/cycled a beautiful route. We will definitely do it again

Super fun day had!Too bad you can't rent them for four hours then you have a little more time to go somewhere to look or sit!

Beautiful routes, 2 hour route with a lopifit for 3 hour rental we still did not make it. We came back in 18.00 hours. We did not leave until 15.20 because of traffic while we were there at 14.45. Maybe we could fill out the information online and then just check it out. 1 person did not want to use the lopifit, which was solved by providing an electric bicycle.
