nice bike ride made to include sheepfold on ermelose heath. you can still walk through the heath and can get close to the sheep / shepherd. very nice. bikes are really rental bikes so do not expect too much of it but they work

Explanations of the different bike routes were fine and the service totally good. Husband's battery of electric bike failed along the way and another bike was brought along the way.

Friendly staff, explanation was ok, but technical knowledge was less. There were also many defects in the electric mountain bikes. (Of the 7, 4 had to be exchanged and then 2 bikes during the tour broke down, with a battery that no longer worked and the gears no longer functioned).

The employee who helped us was very pleasant and helpful. While cycling we found out that one bike had something loose at the front wheel and on another bike the saddle kept going down. But otherwise fine electric bikes. We rode all day and the batteries lasted until the end.

Highly recommended! Beautiful tour through forests and along moors. Only a slightly better estimation of the time could be given. We had booked for 2 hours and 3 quarters of an hour, but were already back after more than 2 hours, because the employee indicated that it was a long tour and we could take a break for a maximum of 30 minutes. Small minus point, but otherwise well organized!

Mega enjoyed on the e-chopper in the beautiful surroundings of Otterlo. Great instruction and good quick service when we were on the road with a broken battery.

Very friendly people, beautiful equestrian center, wonderful horses and great nature! Was totally fine.

Difficult to find where to pick up the echopper, it is not clear that you have to go up the driveway. Instruction was questionable, e.g. leave light off. There was a campaign light by day safer during the day and cars have mandatory daytime running lights these days. Also too bad the deposit cannot be paid by credit card. We got other party nrant money back than we paid, despite the nvelopes. Looked a bit chaotic.

Very fun to do, took some getting used to but it was soon super fun.

We had actually booked a 4-hour tour, this was changed to a 3-hour tour. I had been informed of this in advance. The money difference would be settled with a drink after the tour. However, there were almost no drinks available. This was very unfortunate. I would have preferred the remaining money back.

Pretty fun to do once.but is quite pricey with a group Bit unfortunate that 1 E-chopper went slower than the other The last 4 kilometers there was also 1 battery on so we took turns pulling that person along. Of course we could have called but then you have to wait again.

Was really fun, unfortunately we were back after 2 hours , while we had booked 3 hours. And I still asked how long the tour took. She said 2 hours and 3 quarters so we didn't have a drink on the way ☹
