Very nice, to explore the area on an E-chopper . All choppers on the same route might be a bit much of a good thing? More spread out, with different routes?

We had to be present at 13.45 and in the end we could only leave at half past two because the group in front of us came back much too late. We understand that you can't do anything about this but a slightly different way of communicating would have been slightly nicer. We had to ask several times what time the persons came back. It's a bit of a waste of time to wait for 3 quarters of an hour with such beautiful weather! In the end we went somewhere for a drink on our own initiative and were called when we were leaving London. We were allowed to stay away longer but still the whole planning falls through and we irradiated for 3 hours while only staying away for 2 hours because we also had other plans and left 3 quarters of an hour too Laar.

Super friendly staff, nothing is too much to ask. The bike rode very nicely, but the quality of the material left something to be desired: brackets of the battery were broken off which made the bike feel very rattled and not very safe. I was then given a brand new bike without any hassle. The stand broke off after only a few days. The panniers were very nice, especially if you use the bike for long periods of time. Good experience with this company!

Very nice outing. But the route was a bit long. We would have liked more time to go to an extra terrace in between. And the one moped only drove 20 instead of 30. Maybe we could have had a drink somewhere else.

Nice mapped out tour provided, just too bad you don't know how long the route takes. More info would be very helpful so you can determine how long you can stop somewhere. E-chopper is quite nice but after an hour your butt gets sore, they have no suspension so you feel every bump. The horn is disabled I can understand that but put a bell on it because that is mandatory. Now you have to yell at cyclists to pass. Route on a map is ok but you have it in your hand all the time which makes riding more difficult. Maybe whining but some kind of holder or clothespin to secure the ticket with makes a world of difference. In summary, it was very nice for once....next time an electric bike for more comfort. But still successful!

E-scooter rented for the duration of 3 hours in Garderen. Fine explanation from employee about the use. Very nice route with clear directions and of course very beautiful surroundings. Definitely worth it!

We had rented the e-choppers from 11:00 to 13:45 and arrived at 10:55. Due to the large number of people who had also booked something at 11.00, we could only leave at 11.30. Because we wanted to take a break along the way (as indicated on your website), we decided to do the 2-hour route with a break instead of the 3-hour route without a break. The choppers had to be back on time at 13:45. The employee would see if there was anything she could do for us. When we returned at 13.45 we asked for a (small) refund of the higher costs, as we had not driven as long as booked. The only thing the employee could offer us was a 50% discount on a subsequent booking. Considering we will not be returning to the Veluwe anytime soon, that was not an option for us. She would make a note and get back to us. I would still like a reaction to this, the whole thing did not seem very customer friendly to us. The activity itself was very successful. We had rented 4 e shoppers and 7 e balance bikes. Two bikes only had 3 bars on the battery. The could not handle the three-hour trip, so were on the road with dead batteries. One e shopper kept stalling along the way. When I asked a staff member afterwards if I found it annoying that we were sent away with bikes with only three bars, he reacted very laconic. Too bad because we enjoyed the activity but it left a sour taste in our mouth!

Renting the bikes went smoothly. The bikes were ready on the day we went biking and the staff gave very clear instructions on how to use the bikes.

A wonderful day out on scooters very fun to do. When one of the batteries broke down we had to wait a while but soon we got a full one delivered. A bit annoying that after that another scooter broke down but that was in harder and so within walking distance. The route was beautiful. In short delicious afternoon

Some route numbers difficult to find, did go wrong several times. Apparently we were not the only ones on the way back we met more people with rented scooters who drove the wrong way. On some paths it was very busy with cyclists but you can't do anything about that. Further clear explanation, nice route! Nice to have done it once.
