Good bike, cycled 62km and no flat battery, I wanted to make a reservation but everything was already gone. They even called back in the evening if I was still interested! Top service! Definitely recommend

The cranks or pedals on could be better tightened and the derailleurs also need better adjustment. But otherwise good material and very friendly staff. Absolutely highly recommended.

We had a really fun afternoon. The e-loop bikes are very nice. Did take a lot of getting used to in the beginning! Is quite exciting, because when you stop walking, not the treadmill stops, that must be with the handbrake. The staff was friendly. You get a route which is very good, all good trails and varied environment. You have to hurry quite a bit to get back in time!

Blue route was fun, but quite tough for beginners, but short. 3 hours. Advice to give route map along of all routes.

We thought it was super fun to do! The route in Otterlo was very beautiful! Only we thought the time was a little too short. So we would suggest renting it 2.5 hours. We paused once for 15 minutes and came in just in time.

However, we did have a complaint about 1 of the bikes. It seemed like any moment the wheel would let go, constantly a ticking/shifting sound which made the bike ride unpleasant for the person. We reported it upon our return and the young man advised us to file a complaint online

Was a lot of fun! E-chopper has little suspension so you do feel every pothole. Good experience with the Veluwe specialist.

Would be nice if the difficulty of the routes were indicated. I found the blue/short route for beginners quite tough and maybe even dangerous for inexperienced mountain bikers. Explanation on how to put the chain back on would also be helpful. It came off five times on one of the bikes.

Fantastic activity to do with adolescents...outdoors, exercise and lots of fun with competitions, haha! Perfect tent to rent with young and friendly staff. Worth repeating!

The staff in the store (where reservation was registered) were very knowledgeable, helpful and committed. I did not find the employee who handed out the mountain bikes very helpful and informative. The explanation of the bikes was very brief: could have been a bit more elaborate on how the gears work, how best to brake (especially with the rear brake instead of the front brake) and what to expect regarding the route. Furthermore, the staff member had never cycled the routes himself. I personally find that a prerequisite for working in this industry.

Huge beautiful mountain bike trail. Beautiful surroundings. Really enjoyed it. Bad bikes though (pedal was loose and cord to battery, causing it to falter constantly). In addition, the instruction to get to the beginning of the trail was minimal. And so was the instruction for help.

Really super arranged. E-choppers drive well only not all equally fast so one had to hold back. Further nice route with lots of nature and nice farm stores where you can get nice and tasty things.
