Bikes were fine, staff set up the bike and give instruction, I think that is very neat and friendly. Also good service to get route with them. Minor setback was the "playground route" where there was only a playground at the beginning.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our tandem had the chain come off it was very quickly brought a new one to us so we could continue our tandem ride. We really enjoyed it!

Too bad the trails are sometimes very narrow and as a result you spend virtually the entire ride chasing each other through beautiful scenery

The promised coffee and apple pie, became a coffee "at the door" only to be handed the apple pie for the road.... The promised ponchos, in case of rain (which it did), turned out to be 1 poncho for 10 participants.... The tour was beautiful and the service wb a malfunctioning e-chopper (another one was nicely delivered) were fine, but wb catering and the ponchos; to cry about.

It was a great experience to go out with the balance bike. It took some getting used to but soon we enjoyed the beautiful ride as a family. The time did go by quickly. We had to keep the layover short (20 minutes) to be back in time. Would have been nicer if we could have just stepped/or stopped for 15 minutes or half an hour longer.

Very nice tour. Only the handlebars of the tandem are quite high and after a while that is a bit uncomfortable. Lunch was good and route clear.

E-chopper rental was very nice, choppers did fine, route was clear. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that you can only rent the choppers for 2 hours and not longer.

First of all, I am Mrs. instead of Mr. The enthusiasm of the employee / reception and explanation, however, we found lacking. Upon return another employee who was more enthusiastic. Also with regard to the material, the Echopper, there was something to note. One chopper had only one mirror and the brake lights did not work. The other chopper lost power halfway through and was missing a horn/bell. Fun activity/route though!

We had a great day. Along the way, one of the choppers had a dead battery. After a phone call, a new one was brought quickly. Top! Following the route via the junctions went fine. We do have a tip; Because there are different distances between the nodes you can not see how far you are with the route and how long you can pause. Perhaps a map with the route could be added to the junctions.

Start of red mountain bike route is unclearly marked in Otterloo. Better would be if they show a picture of the start point of the route in the store. This prevents a lot of searching

E-choppers rattle and creak on all sides. Staff not very enthusiastic and helpful. Route was very nice and doable with the junction map.
