Good bikes and everything was ready when we arrived. Expertise of staff did leave something to be desired, came across as a bit inexperienced, didn't really seem to understand the routes. Not a disaster for us but we expected more tips.

The long route on echopper. Was with intermediate stops on the short side, we habbden over half an hour. Also differed the speed ondeling much of the choppers, 8km.

When returning it was quite crowded because the new people also provide at that same time. Maybe reserve some time between this. For example Now you do your best to be back on time and then you stand waiting for 15 minutes for the deposit. Fortunately it was beautiful weather but waiting is always long Otherwise it was fine!

Our instructor was very nice that day. We started first in the arena and then we got to explore a bit in the area. We enjoyed this afternoon!

Delightful biking! Wonderful routes. Only the instructions could have been a little better. We had rented electric bikes. The instructions were with 3 levels of pedal assistance. Upon return it turned out there were 8. Not all junctions are clearly marked. But the Veluwe specialist can't do anything about that.

The tour is fine. Only the time could be a little longer so you can enjoy nature a little more. So 3 hours. But then for €25. Otherwise I find it very pricey. The battery also seems a bit depleted at the end. So had to work hard to still get in on time. We had an e-bike.

The reception was great, the explanation and guidance was good. Very cozy and fun. The activity was also very nice, the only pity was that you ride on a small piece of forest. The guide can't do anything about that, that's because the municipality only allows riding on bridle paths. And super that the appointment due to circumstances could be postponed without cost. In addition, the response by mail is fine!

If you are worried about your safety you better not do it here, only worry about their horse but not the person sitting on it and falling off.

For the balance bikes, it took some practice.... maybe a little longer and better instruction. Also be there a little earlier. Before we actually went it was so 20 min later. Also we wanted a little longer but that could not. Because the balance bike could max 2 hours. Then a combo with Hoge Veluwe is a bit too short. Since that entrance is not free. Before we realized that the route 1 and 2 were on the mushrooms was also a pity that that was not something more clearly explained.

The girl who gave us instructions indicated that the MTB route was 23 km and would take you about 1.5 hours. It would have been nice if she had indicated that it was first 6 km to the starting point of the route, and then another 6 km back to the bike rental. It was our first time and it took us a total of almost 3 hours (and 38 km of cycling). Nevertheless, enjoyed the mountain biking!

Too bad you can only ride a small part of the route side by side. The one who received us (young woman) did not radiate much enthusiasm. Otherwise did a decent job. The boys were a lot more enthusiastic!

Sign up came across as somewhat amateurish. It clearly says 1 person and use mouth caps. But if there are whole groups standing without mouthguards swords said nothing about it. Slow processing problems with IPad. ESteps had had their day. Provisional extra battery along. If things are better planned and prepared this is not necessary. Fine route. Perhaps useful to also indicate distance and/or time required.

Rented 2 e-choppers on Saturday. This was really great! We did the 2 hour tour, but next time we will come back for the 3 hour tour

We thought it was a great trip, through the beautiful Veluwe forests in the beautiful moors, where we saw many farm animals! Great! Unfortunately no deer, roe deer, rabbits and wolves seen, but who knows next time. Worth repeating!

Madam behind the reception desk was not really adequate or alert, a bit dreamy. Seemed like it was one of her first days, if so then of course no problem. Otherwise all staff friendly, good in explanation and fine appearance.
