Made a trip with an E walking bike before in Otterloo, so concept familiar. NOW with very nice weather on Mother's Day made a trip around Garderen, beautiful route. Forest, heath and farmland. Some time for a stop at estate Staverden for a cup of coffee. Instructions were clear, however they better clearly indicate in the explanation that you have to turn right immediately at Ice Age in Garderen. It is a messy intersection there and then in the frenzy you forget to look at the junction and you are immediately wrong. And one more tip, it would be nice if there was a little more time allocated to the route (or the route a little shorter) for the/one stop. You have to work pretty hard now and stepping is also a social activity, where you should be able to have fun together.

We enjoyed our tour on the e-chopper! The route was very beautiful and the e-chopper itself is easy to drive. Highly recommended!

Mountain biking was fun. Didn't get much instruction on the bikes though (only when I asked about specific things and even then only got short answers) and on the route. Staff didn't think very much of us. Excellent bikes though.

Very nice bike ride with 2 tandems and a regular bike. The forest and heath route. Easy to follow with the bicycle nodes. Very successful afternoon. Good service and friendly staff.

A super bike. Had reserved 1 over the internet without bags. There was 1 with bags ready. Since I had put our stuff in our own bags, a bike with bags is not convenient. Fortunately I got a bike without bags. Unfortunately a bike without a lock. So at the supermarket just took the gamble. There was a Gear that didn't run very well. I think it was 6 it didn't get into it and jumped to much lower or higher and kept rattling. My daughter did have saddle sores whether it was because of the saddle or she has no fat no idea. In rain the left rear handle slid off easily also the front right handle is loose. The stand was very low to the ground and you could hear that when you took the corners a little too sharply (normal bike normal corner) or went over bumps. Other than that everything perfect!!! We endured all weather conditions. Downpours, hail, headwind. But beautiful route from Garderen to Apeldoorn then on to Arnhem and through the Hoge Veluwe to Otterlo so through straw back to Garderen. Who knows, maybe next year again. But then hopefully better weather. Thank you for borrowing the bike. We had a wonderful first cycling vacation with mother daughter!

We had a super fun afternoon! The staff were very helpful and friendly, we were even allowed to wait until the worst of the rain had passed and leave a little later. Also when we had a breakdown they were there quickly with a replacement e-chopper. Furthermore, a super beautiful route, especially halfway through when you really ride over the Veluwe. And nice that our 6-year-old daughter could join us. Highly recommended!

We were not given helmets with the eMTB and the batteries of two bikes were dead during the last part of the trip, which meant we were half an hour late. There was understanding and apologies, no helmet was a mistake of the youngest employee, but all in all a minus point. Too bad, especially the empty batteries.

Nice day we had. The minor downside was that 1 scooter made a lot of noise and the horn didn't work and the mirrors were too loose.
