E-scooter rented with the two of us. In itself all very well arranged. Nice and helpful staff, easy to book (online) and nice price. Enjoyed the beautiful route! However, I found the scooters in not very good condition. Rear view mirrors were hanging loose or missing, no suspension in the scooter which made you feel your neck and back when the roads were bumpy, horn and turn signals did not work. My scooter could go 25 km/h, my husband's just reached 20 km/h. Driving fast of course is not necessary, but were back just in time with a short stop.

Super explanation and start of the outing! The route was very beautiful over the Veluwe, we had the three hour route. I liked the first part of the route a little less than the last part (from steakhouse Amadeus back to Otterlo was the best). Farm Mossel is a nice location to have another drink, but that is very close again to Otterlo (15 min away).

Riding the scooters was a lot of fun. Beautiful surroundings. Pity only that you cannot choose from different routes. The scooters themselves were fine, however 1 scooter the battery was dead just 2 km before the finish line and the other scooter almost. We were helped well and the explanation was fine!

The instruction was inadequate. Apparently the intention was to stick to the route only. We were told that the Veluwe Specialist also had a route. As a result, we ran into problems with the range and even the resupplied battery (with a range of 20km) failed 4x in the last 5km. We were stranded in the burning sun for at least 45 min. Even if we had stuck to the route one e-chopper would not have made it. At the end one e-chopper also got a flat tire. Furthermore, customer service was substandard, staff went into discussions instead of helping us with an annoying situation due to shortcoming. We were left stranded and the staff referred to us that we did not follow the itinerary, when we were not told that that is exactly what we were supposed to do!!! Advice: Adjust Terms and Conditions and website to the product you sell. Apparently that is a route with e-choppers and not e-choppers for a certain number of hours.

Only minus point is the length of time. Relatively short for the price. Not enough time for break relative to the length of the literal row time. You have to keep looking at the clock to be back on time. I would like to see half an hour more slack in that. Gives a little more air and relaxation.

It is fun to ride a chopper for once. The trails are relatively narrow and especially in the beginning it takes some getting used to steering because of the thick tires. It would be good to pay a little more attention to that before you send people out.

It was our first time with electric bikes. Therefore we found it quite special, but also noticed that the bikes were adjusted differently. With equal setting gears and motor, one bike drove away from the other or had to hold back to cycle together. This was a test for us that sometimes took some getting used to / inexperience but we think also the quality setting of the bikes. Total did cycle 50km .

A nice route of 35 km. The bikes needed a good check-up. On two bikes the chain was off halfway and one bike was dragging, otherwise the cycling was magnificent with those fatbikes!
