The activity the E chopper was a lot of fun. However, after ten minutes of driving, one of the choppers already appeared to have a half-depleted battery. This chopper was also going 7 km/hr slower than the other E chopper. Immediately tried several times to contact by phone. However, nobody answered. About halfway through I called again to ask if we could ride the route of almost three hours with two bars on the battery. The tip we got, after the person consulted with his colleague, was to put the chopper on cruise control at 25km/hour. When we pointed out that the chopper was only going 19km/hour little was addressed. We ended up spending the last three quarters of an hour of our ride stressed because we didn't know if we would be back in time. Consequently, this was not the case. Tip from us is give scooters along that drive about the same speed. That makes it more enjoyable. Especially our case if there are two of you. When we were asked on our return what we thought of it we have also honestly indicated. Also of the half empty battery. The response was that that could not be the case. However, before departure one colleague removed the batteries from the scooters and a few minutes later the other colleague asked us which batteries his colleague had just removed. Of course, we didn't know. And about the fact that one was going much slower than the other we got back "that we would have been able to enjoy the surroundings longer".

Nice experience to go out with the e chopper. Did the long route. Fun and varied. Too bad we had a little less weather. Staff was very friendly!

Gear shifting was not good on most mountain bikes, chain often skipped a cog why we slipped off the pedals. The brakes were also not equally good on all bikes. The route was a lot of fun!

We rented the choppers with a group. Upon arrival it was already indicated that the batteries were not charged, so had to wait for that first. Fine and clear instruction on how the choppers work and was thought along with the route driving. After an hour the battery was flat and when someone came with a new one it was the wrong one. Almost an hour later I was back on the road. Unfortunately also had to take a shorter route because 2 other batteries were also empty. All in all a nice outing, but found this a bit disappointing.

Lovely bike ride across the Veluwe, bikes were fine( battery rattled a bit) clear instructions from the employee. Excellent service. Route of 70km is good to do between 10.00 and 17.00.

Booking a bike was easy In my case it was only about bike rental. I received very friendly service and it was also possible to return my bike a little later than closing time if necessary. So worth repeating.

Nice activity. Some startup problems though. 2x an e-chopper that did not work. Also some defects on the choppers afterwards (horn broken, no bell) (1 chopper without a mirror) (torn lining on the saddle). In addition, the 1st restaurant along the route was closed. Was unfortunate because it was very cold. 2nd catering establishment comes only when you are almost back at the final destination. That was unfortunate.

Too large route if you still need to get used to the balance bike first. Tip smaller route so you don't have to rush to get back on time.

We had a very nice day. Took the three-hour route. Which was long enough also to have lunch. We went on Monday at 13:00 to 15:45 however a lot of lunchrooms were closed then, so you have to pay attention to that if you plan to go on Monday. Otherwise very nice, enjoyed the area.

I received great service because I had accidentally booked my bike in Voorthuizen instead of Garderen. I was very happy with that. Good bike with panniers, also very handy.

The activity was fun, we had a great day. Tips: make the route for 3 hours a little longer + there was 12 km/h difference between the chopper, it would be more fun if the speeds were about the same. The staff gave no instructions upon arrival, it was unclear what the intention was.

We were not at the Veluwe Specialist for the first time, but we did not like all the bikes this time. You are on the road, they do ride, but 1 of the 6 went very slow. 2 Went exceptionally fast, which was a shame, you had to wait for each other all the time. But despite that, it's still beautiful and fun to bike there.
