The man who gave the instructions was not very friendly. Came across as irritated and uninterested. Explanations were minimal and 3 bikes were not good. Handlebars mounted wrong, electric assist did not work and worst was that we were given a bike whose rear brake did not work! Blonde lady was very nice but the balding gentleman was definitely not.

The instructions were clear, the staff explained it well. It was fun to experience the walking bikes, although I expected it to take more physical effort, that I had to walk faster.

What a super fun activity! The explanation of the e-chopper was clear and the route went by bicycle junctions. Very clear everything. Very nice route with many different environments. Sometimes narrow bike paths, but that also solves itself. Highly recommended if you are in the area!

The apple pie was a little less, it was soggy. Otherwise everything really super arranged!!!

After hiird 2 bikes the first bike all broke down after 500 meyer. Battery didn't work anymore. I drove back and got another bike. After 10 kilometers the second bike broke down. Contacted us and very quickly got a replacement.

It was very crowded, therefore we could only leave 20 minutes later. That was a shame about the time because you have to be back on time. 1 chopper could not go as fast as the other 3. Other than that, super fun to do. Great environment.

We rented an e bike with bicycle bag. The only comment we would like to make is that we have to pay € 2.50 per day for a pannier fully printed with advertising ! We propose to attach it for free. We wonder which company gets money for advertising ? Or give that amount to the KIKA and print it on the bag. Another satisfied customer.

The route map was fine. Too bad one scooter broke down. There were also some defects with the scooters. No light,no bell, and an irritating squeak at the brakes.

We expected more from the high tea. Quite a lot of money for relatively little and varied high tea. Not all staff are aware of the activities; several times asking/calling for address. Had many people on the phone with not everyone having the same information. Was told that on E-chopper route there were several terraces; however, these were closed on Mondays which was also not known by the staff. Also disappointing that no money is refunded (from use of the E-choppers) when there are sick people (including 1 colleague with a miscarriage and a colleague with severe pregnancy symptoms).

Super nice outing, very nice to explore the area this way. Just a shame that if you make a reservation and it's busy, you have to wait a while. Unfortunately it took fifteen minutes before we could leave and that did take away from our 1:45 minutes (other guests, and any phone calls) But because of that still worth repeating.
