The outdoor horseback riding activity was positive, however, the reservation did not go well. Due to which we could not go in the morning and did not know in time. Tip, as soon as you already know (the day before it was) that the reservation did not work out, call (and if not answering, leave a message) or email to inform the person. Now I had only missed a call from an unknown number (when we were already on our way to the manage). That something goes wrong can happen, then it is nice to be informed. Thanks and greetings! It was fine, but I had to get used to the E-moped. Very crowded on the narrow bike lanes, so you lose a lot of time because you had to stop for other users. Was very nice , but we were just in time . We were fine and nicely helped by the staff ! Thanks and good luck !

Too bad if you do the castles route via the junction route that you do not get to see at which junction you get to see the particular castle. Perhaps it is useful to write that next time, for the rest delicious cycled, bikes are fine

We enjoyed ourselves. One tip...just inform people that there may be cows walking on the trail. They are quiet and used to people but for many people it is nice to be informed in advance! There are now also calves and then they may react differently.

We would have liked a little more time to stop along the way to look at something or take a break. So a slightly shorter route. Extremely satisfied though. Was a lot of fun to do!

It took some getting used to using the balance bikes. Once we got going, it was a lot of fun. The route is beautiful. Perhaps a little tight on time though. Saw a lot of the beautiful scenery but didn't get to stop often. It took us 1 hour and 50 minutes in net to do the route. A shortcut in the route would have been nice. At the end it was even a bit of a rush. One point of attention: at the back of the treadmill is a rotating shaft. I bumped into it while running, causing my shoe to get caught in it. Actually quite dangerous. A protective cover over it would be much safer. We had a wonderful activity full of fun. Highly recommended.

We do rent a bike from you every year for a day, an outing with my daughter, then it is relaxed on an electric bike. Always well taken care of!

Easy to make reservations and friendly service. We only got 2 e-hoppers that were on. And with a leaking saddle. When I pointed this out nothing was actually done with it. This I found really unfortunate, because it was really disturbing. Activities themselves very nice.

We had called a day in advance about the activity because it was possibly going to rain very hard. The staff member could not do anything for us and told us that the activity would go on and we could not reschedule it. In the end, it stayed dry for the entire duration of the activity. We enjoyed ourselves, the route was beautiful and there was plenty of opportunity to stop in between. We do have one tip though. We found it difficult to estimate how long it took to get to the next junction. A time indication or number of kilometers to the next point would have been helpful. Other than that, we had a great time.

I did not find the lady at the front desk very understanding or friendly when we arrived later due to an unforeseen large traffic jam. In the end, glad the e chopper deluxe was still available for rent!

I did find it strange to find €3 service charge on my bill, despite booking online. When I called I was told that booking by phone was going to cost €4.50, but booking online there would be no charge. In addition, I did not find it very customer friendly that there was no refund possible for my grandson who could not join the outing due to illness. For the question "How would you rate Veluwe Specialist Otterlo?" a 5 would have been the score.

Mountain bike was very poorly maintained. Chain were definitely in need of a good refurbishment. Also, the tires were way too inflated for a mountain bike. Passed these comments along to the employee but he didn't seem to find it all that interesting. Free tip: get SPD and spd-sl pedals. I stood there with my cycling shoes thinking that this could be arranged but unfortunately it was not. No doubt this will happen more often. Would have gladly paid a few extra euros here for putting them on.

We had a fun ride, the instruction was clear and the scooters rode wonderfully. All in all a good experience and very fun to do.

Everything was fine except one bike that left oil or grease splatters on my sister's pants and shoes while cycling. We will see if we can remove the stains if not we will report this to you. We also indicated this at the store when we returned the bikes.
