What makes a pleasant bike ride across the Veluwe even more fun? A bike ride on a tandem! When you get on and cycle away, the atmosphere is good right from the start, because it is always a little more difficult than you think. Yet you get used to it quickly and you can leave without any problems. The one behind is the navigator and the one in front steers, so real teamwork!
We have several fun routes plotted across the Veluwe. So you can make a bike tour through the woods, across the moors, along sand excavations and along the Veluwe lake! And of course a visit to the boulevard of Harderwijk should not be missed. Do you know any nice places in the area? Then you can map out your own route together with the Veluwe Specialist staff!
The tandem ride is also great for a group outing with friends, family or during a bachelor party, for example! And to make this complete, you can also combine it with other activities in the area such as Klimbos Harderwijk, Fort Vertier or a visit to the local brewery. No you can't, the E-choppers are only rented out for 2 hours and 45 minutes.
How can I add a BBQ to my E-choppper tour?
This is possible from 20 people upwards, a request must be made for this. See all information on this page.
Is a helmet mandatory on the E-chopper?
Yes, since 2023 it is mandatory to wear a helmet on the E-chopper. Fortunately, we have very nice, free helmets available for you!
