You get on this mode of transportation that resembles an electric scooter. After the explanation, you set off on your own, with the route in your pocket. Because the E-choppers are electrically powered, you will enjoy the nature on the way silently. That way you get a real Veluwe experience!
From our location in Garderen, within minutes you drive through forests, over moors and through small villages. The route goes through the small town of Staverden, where you can enjoy a nice terrace. Want to make it a complete day out? Then combine the E-chopper activity with CSI Staverden for example!
Each participant must possess a valid moped license or car license.
We ask up to 4 persons €150,- deposit per reservation. For more persons we ask €250,- deposit per reservation. This amount can be pre-paid in the store.
Children from 4 to 12 years old are allowed in the front if the combined weight does not exceed 120 kg.
With the E-choppers you ride a fixed route across the Veluwe, this will not be deviated from.

No you can't, the E-choppers are only rented out for 2 hours and 45 minutes.
How can I add a BBQ to my E-choppper tour?

Is a helmet mandatory on the E-chopper?
Yes, since 2023 it is mandatory to wear a helmet on the E-chopper. Fortunately, we have very nice, free helmets available for you!

At the Veluwe Specialist , you always set out with a free route. This can be a classic route on paper or an interactive route via the app on your smartphone. Choose the informative variant with highlights or the hilarious fungame. Good for extra entertainment along the way!
