Your role as operations supervisor

As Operational Supervisor Crown Secret, you will be the face of our renovated event venue and ensure a welcoming reception for our visitors. You will combine managerial duties with hands-on work and contribute to unforgettable moments for our guests.

You manage an enthusiastic team that can be deployed both in hospitality and in the supervision of activities. Together with colleague Esther you are responsible for the execution of business events and receiving private groups. You are someone who pulls the cart, structure the work floor and help colleagues to get the best out of themselves. You steer where necessary and ensure further optimization of the work processes. You know how to turn a negative review into an opportunity to align our operations even better with the expectations of our guests.
