Since 1996 we have been a leader in the events and outings industry in the Netherlands and abroad! With 40 fulltimers, 100 on-call employees and interns, we develop unique experiences for different target groups. A day out on the Veluwe consists of discovering and experiencing the Veluwe on a e-chopper, mountain bike or hilarious, unique walking bike. Climbing in one of our climbing forests or taking a tour in an old Mini Cooper with a filled mini bar. All fun outings where we surprise our customer with!

This is what I want!
The customer calls in, wanting only one thing; to undertake a great fun outing on the Veluwe. You do the initial reception of our reservation line and determine whether you can handle something quickly yourself or whether you put the customer through to our sales colleagues. You process everything administratively correct in our reservation system so that the colleagues in the rental shops and climbing forests know exactly what activities the customer is going to do. You will handle all administrative tasks related to our reservations so that your sales colleagues can fully focus on selling our best outings. You will work in an enthusiastic reservations team where we attach importance to celebrating our successes! You will support the entire team, Annemieke, Denise, Annemiek & Marieke by taking care of all the administration to perfection for (Veluwe Specialist, Klimbos Garderen, AdventurePark Harderwijk & Escape Tours).

We ask

  • You have an enthusiastic telephone voice and are friendly to customers.
  • You are administratively literate and can work with precision.
  • A preferably completed department in secretarial/administrative field or equivalent through field experience, experience in tourism or recreation is a plus
  • You will work every other Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; other work days are by arrangement.
  • You are good with computers (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • You speak and write good Dutch and know a little English/and or German, sufficient to be able to connect a customer.
  • Living within a 30 km radius and no more than three quarters of an hour travel time.
