Not left a dissatisfied message anywhere before, but now it is really necessary. The bikes were old and did not cycle nicely. My mother (mobility impaired), was given a very old electric bike that she did not feel confident on. She decided not to go with it, but had to pay the full amount for the bike.
We were given a "playground route" to take with us. Fun for the kids with lots of playgrounds. Unfortunately, we didn't see any playgrounds. There were roads closed. This was not known to the staff. All in all: paid a lot of money for very poor service. Too bad! "

It was also incredibly nice weather, very nice! Some paths were sandy and/or narrow, so that made cycling sometimes difficult. But that is understandable when you cycle through nature reserves.
