We had already booked 2 months in advance, were a bit late, we were immediately told that we could only have a 10 min break instead of 25 min, by a strong blonde. Well we had booked from 12:00 to 14:45 were already back at 13:45 with 15 minutes break. According to others she gave us a short route instead of the longer route. Had paid full price for longer route and they did not give us anything back in terms of payment. While it was their fault. They didn't apologize or anything, they just acted like we drove very fast. Bit weird!

Spent an afternoon mountain biking. Nice staff and fast and good service. Good explanation, nice also that the stuff could stay for a while, so I did not have to cycle with my bag. It was a beautiful environment and a fun activity.

It was tremendous searching for the right adjustment of the bike. Staff was enthusiastic and friendly. One tip though, a price adjustment when renting a bike longer. First day 100%, second day 90%, third day 80%. That would convince people to rent a bike longer.

Upon arrival we were told that we were late and therefore had to hurry. There was little time for a break (we were told about 15 minutes). We took a 15-minute break and were back over an hour before time ran out. When asked if we had been given the right route, the gruff response was that we probably just drove too fast. Compensation in price was not possible so we drove another route, which we then changed again ourselves because it was also too short for the time we had.

Upon return we are told that we had driven damage. Extraordinary, since it is already indicated in advance by an employee that the e-chopper has damage. The deposit is returned and afterwards we are called that we will receive an invoice for damage. Communication among staff needs to be better. Consult first before accusing people.

We rented an E balance bike. Very nice. Tip: -make it 2 hours instead of 1:45. That way there is a little more time for a coffee or picnic break. -Mention in the email in advance that the catering is closed on Mondays. Fortunately we had brought some, abders was quite annoying.

Excellent! We walked into the store and saw our name on a display. We were given breakdown phone number with instructions on a card. After turning it in, we were given scratch tickets.

Better check the e choper if you rent them I had 1 where the handlebars did not work fine which could cause dangerous situations.

Super fun e-chopper tour we had. Last time the battery broke down halfway through, so we were very curious about the new ones. They ride very nicely, although now we had one that beeped continuously. So in terms of equipment (maintenance) there is room for improvement, but all in all we enjoyed the beautiful nature and route!
