The E chopper and the route was totally awesome. I found the reception not so warm, unfortunately. No good morning and welcome, but straight on to where to report. Too bad, because that is where you can really make a difference.

Too bad some trails were so narrow and sometimes difficult to go with passersby who had no patience. Otherwise it was fun experience

Our route was not quite correct anymore (restaurants route 35km). Number 10 and 17 were hard to find in Ede/Bennekom due to construction work. We therefore looked on our phone how to cycle. Had a slightly more adventurous bike ride. I did not like the bikes very much. Didn't feel the support sometimes which made me feel like I was cycling on a regular bike (especially with a hill).

Staff instructions all fine. Personally, the route was not nice, and e shoppers of which we had 3 were all missing something. 1- blinker stuck, curbs were not fixed, 1 mirror, rattled. Really rental mopeds. We just have better experience with other rentals, nicer environment. But for an afternoon fine, but no next time again.

We loved the e-chopping and the staff members (especially the lady with dark red-brown hair) were very nice, you could clearly see that they enjoy it.

Inside front wheel e-bike was unreliable. When returning the bike I described the malfunction in detail to an employee. His subsequent reaction was along the lines of waving it away, it came across to me that my report was not taken seriously or not taken seriously enough. I was lucky that I did not get stuck on the heath with a broken wheel-inside (we made a bike ride of 85km). With my report I obviously also wanted to avoid the risk that this might happen to a user after me. Otherwise, the staff was fine.

Was very nice, just found the explanations very limited, we had done this a few years ago as well so we knew a little bit about how to do it, but they didn't know that there, if it had been our first time then it would have been very little explanation
About Parent-Child tandem

Friendly store staff. However, the parent-child tandem we rented had several defects. The brake barely worked, several gears did not work and the bell was broken. After reporting this, we received a "thanks for letting us know, we will look into it. Given the price they charge, I would have thought financial compensation more appropriate. I also found out too late that park De Hoge Veluwe rents out similar tandems for a much lower price. So not recommended.
