Had a very nice day, with a beautiful bike tour. The bikes were totally fine, the people from the Veluwe Specialist were very nice and helpful. A nice system with the tickets they had available for the different bike tours. I had been here before but will definitely come back again this summer.

Great day. What was unfortunate; we specified body lengths very clearly when booking. Even called after. But there were no large bikes ready. Staff indicated that these would be at the very back.... It was not clear why they were not ready. We nevertheless had a nice day but our 2 tallest boys really struggled more.

E-stepping was incredibly fun! We had to get used to it in the beginning. It was a pity that the battery of one of the steps was flat a few kilometers before the finish. However, it did not spoil the fun. Highly recommended!

Awesome activity ! There were quite a few parts of the mountain bike trail that were very difficult for beginners like us. Steep up that you had to walk or steep down that are quite dangerous for beginners and had to be walked too. Idea to make a real beginner's route without big height differences!? That would be really great!

Electric Bakfiets (Dutch cargo bike) and electric bike rented. Super service. We had not booked but it was arranged in no time. Extra battery with the Bakfiets (Dutch cargo bike) because we rented for a day. Great bikes! We rent here more often and always top. Very nice girls in the store from Otterlo. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

What a beautiful setting! Nice that you get a little road map to put on your bike. Minus point is the bike itself. Terrible saddle. Motor on the front wheel is really dangerous, an electric bike of the first hour.

Fine clear explanation, the store is easy to find in Otterlo! Strikes immediately. That the bikes have to be back at 16:30 is a bit early though. 17:30 would be perfect

MTB route Ermelo was a puzzle; at least 5 more signs with arrows will help well. A QR code for the MTB route on the plasticized A4 will help to "take" the route map with you. Photos of plastic map in relatively dark indoor environment are often not ideal. Mountain bikes, by the way, well cared for and working well.
