"From the first part of the track we enjoyed tremendously even my husband and I had a lot of fun with our e- bikes. . The grandchildren didn't mind waiting for us from time to time.

"We really found the mountain bike route much too challenging and intense for us as a family. We would have liked to have known that in advance. Now we had to abort the route after only one hour to avoid accidents (and we are really not childish!). We only rented the bikes for 1.5 hours and we did pay the full amount. That feels really bad."

"Rented two MTB bikes with my husband for a nice trip on the Veluwe.
We were helped by a nice employee to come together to the most suitable route for us: blue 12 km, purple or red.
I indicated that I had ridden the purple route before.
Then another employee intervened and said: "The best thing is to do the blue route, which is also suitable for children.
To which we replied; "we don't have children with us".
It really was the best route for us.
In the end we chose a piece of blue and purple. Hours of great mountain biking.
We found it a very special experience. I think as a landlord you are responsible for your employees. If they are well trained they should be able to explain what the routes entail and what questions to ask so the customer can decide for themselves (in consultation) which route they choose.
Furthermore, the MTB L was running a bit, like there was a knock in the wheel."

A few days before the activity, we received notification that the location of the activity was closed on the day we had booked after all. We were flexible and moved to another location. "The mountain biking was hearty fun with nice routes, though a bit hard to find, the company itself was not that impressive, the helmets we were given to borrow stank intensely of sweat and there were still hairs in them from other people, not very fresh. A response came from them that this was definitely possible! Picked up the bike in the morning, and rode a wonderful mountain bike route in Otterlo. Pretty technical, but doable for someone who has mountain biked before. A versatile route of 17.5 km. Definitely highly recommended! "

"The activity was fun, but it was a bike route, so there was little that could go wrong there.
The rented mountain bikes were okay. However, one of the four bikes did have moderate problems with shifting and the other 3 shifted reasonably, but not really well.
The route was quite manageable with 2 teenagers of 13 and 14. Maybe just a bit too long, but they were fairly inexperienced. Tip: take water bottles with you or buy water bottles before you leave. "
