Was a very fun activity. Maybe with the mountain bike routes we should ask a little more about experience. We did the blue route but it was still too much of a challenge for someone who has ridden 6x on a fairly flat course.

Waiting time/check-in took way too long. Long line with only 1 employee available. Minimal information, you almost grab your own bike and helmet and can leave. No explanation about the bike or routes to follow. No attention to the guest, just cashing in.

We passed Harderwijk, because we were supposed to get a GPS in Garderen, according to the website. Unfortunately, this was not the case. And it was another four km of cycling until you get to the first mtb route.

Sorry but at the moment I could pick up the bike behind the store there were several employees who had nothing to do at that moment, but didn't bother to ask if they could help you. Also on my return there were 3 employees standing around doing nothing and then they said to me you can put the bike back there. Miz they could have taken the bike from me and put it there themselves. But maybe you have different arrangements.

Nice activity! Point of improvement: display the junctions better or larger instead of working with the small signs that are sometimes almost hidden in the bushes. This makes it easier not to deviate from the route. In fact, it's more fun to just enjoy riding and not have to look for junction signs. For the rests just fine!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Interested in the customer, after the tour they asked us where we had been. We were asked if we already had an idea where we wanted to cycle to, there were written out routes ready, which we were given on business card size and was taped to the handlebars with good tape. Well thought out. It's the little things that do it! One bike had a pannier where we could put our stuff. Really great.

Good bikes, great explanations and nice people. Slightly on the expensive side compared to other tourist places. ( DR ) ... there an electric bike costs 20 euro per day.

Was very nice E-chopping.We recommend the luxury choppers. These are just a little more luxurious because they are equipped with rear suspension.We had also rebooked from standard choppers in Voorthuizen to the luxury choppers in Garderen. Was quickly arranged.Top.
