It was a nice route, nice that we could use different types of vehicles. Too bad we were delayed because 1 e-chopper had a flat battery halfway. As a result, the high tea was somewhat compromised and 1 person hardly got anything out of it because she had to leave early. Fortunately the weather was nice which made waiting for the new battery more pleasant.

Been away with E shopper location Garderen, for us a fine route, varied forest, heath, villages. We had rented them for 2.45 hours, then you still have about 35-40 minutes along the way to pause e.g. to look at sheepfold or somewhere terrace paķken.

The employee came across as uncertain and shy and at the same time hurried. She couldn't tell us if we could take a break for a cup of coffee along the way. She thought so, but then maybe 10 minutes she told us. afterwards it could easily be done, but we were stressed about being back late. you can't finish a cup of coffee on a terrace in 10 minutes. The instructions were minimal, we had never been on a lopifit before and then it's quite difficult. she went through all the functions at too fast a pace and then try to remember them so quickly. i'm 63, my husband 65, then you need a bit more time. got the hang of it in the end, fortunately. Our daughters were a lot faster with it, but that is logical, they are in their twenties. All in all, it was a fun activity that we would do again in a heartbeat. Tip: make sure the lopifits are ready to go 15 minutes beforehand. We had to be there fifteen minutes beforehand, then we had to get batteries and the lopifits weren't on hand either. our fifteen minutes earlier attendance was up before the explanation started.

Good bikes, good instruction. Nice bike routes. Closing time on Saturday at 5 p.m. is early. For bike rental you always pay full day price. We booked bike at 12:00 and picked up bike at 14:00, yet full day was charged. In the afternoon we returned bikes at 16:58. Perhaps return option could be implemented, with mailbox where keys can be deposited after shop closing time. That would give even more relaxed cycling fun instead of racing to be back before closing time.

Super fun activity, we enjoyed it. Three choppers came forward with difficulty, we think we could have been helped a little better with that. They promised to contact us after half an hour which unfortunately became after an hour.

Halfway through we had failure of one of the electric bikes. We called and while we were having lunch, the bike was exchanged and we continued cycling in the afternoon. It was a wonderful day, friendly reception, clear explanation really super! We would love to come back again.

I would have liked to be better informed beforehand about how many km the bike can do electr. and what effect the higher support has on number of km. Other than that, excellent staff. Nice team and very helpful.
