Friendly staff. Clear explanation of the E-chopper Beautiful route, We had the route of 2.45h easily achievable in this time.(with something to eat at 1 of the restaurant. You have all the time during the route to take your break in nature.

The e-choppers all had loose footrests. Would be nice if those were fixed. Also, the brakes on the left side were much lower than the right side. If the vehicles were maintained a little more carefully it would really enhance the experience. The guy explaining talked way too fast. We had tremendous fun!!! Friendly staff!

Bike tricky with that front wheel drive, we were told that park de hoge Veluwe was small by the staff, so didn't do it. At the end of the day we spoke to staff from that park and said there was 42 km bike path then we regretted it. Staff was friendly but they could be a little clearer about the routes.

'Activity'.... we rented bikes. And they were fine bikes. Only pity was that you have to return them before 5 o'clock. If you are on the Veluwe for a whole day, you are still somewhere on the heath at that time. It would be nice if customers could put the bike somewhere (behind the store or something?) and put the key in the box, even if it's already evening. For the amount we have to pay per day, that would be reasonable.

Rented a bike 3 times now and great experience. Too bad though that when you return the bike 1 day early it is not offered to return 1 day's costs or if necessary get a credit....
