Battery was dead, therefore returned an hour late. Could we pay extra. Never book with Garderen again. We had driven 10 km detour, their excuse was that we did not stick to our route. My husband's was fine!

Especially good service.Ample time taken to fine tune best bikes according to age and wishes. Even bring back the store stayed open longer to receive the bikes. Super!

It was fun to experience riding an e chopper for once, and the scenery is very beautiful. Just a pity that the weather was wet and this made us very cold and dirty. In the summer it is more fun I think....

Great service and reservation system works well. Bikes were a bit disappointing (price quality) and a bit dated. Battery package also not best for trip of 45 km (3 pieces needed). Beautiful surroundings and friendly people.

I am a little disappointed. I have rented a bike a few times before, but am not very satisfied this time. I wanted to rent a regular bike with gears. I guess so they don't rent that many anymore or something, because it had to be picked up from far away. On the test ride, the right brake did not work. The employee asked if I wanted another bike, but well, the left one worked, so let's go ahead....The straps turned out to be rotten, but luckily I had straps of my own in my bag. I didn't pay much attention when I left, but I noticed that the bike was very dirty, all dried up mud, as if it had been ridden in Paris-Dakar. I only noticed this after my pants were covered in beige smudges. Finally, the grips also seemed to have had their best time, while cycling they became dirty sticky, perennial rubber or something. Your rental bikes are quite expensive, more expensive than average, so I would expect a decent bike. Your employee was friendly, made excuses, admitted mistakes, but did not offer any compensation or discount. Too bad...

From the first part of the track we enjoyed tremendously even my husband and I had a lot of fun with our e- bikes. . The grandchildren didn't mind waiting for us every now and then. The second stretch really needs some maintenance in our opinion. The path is no longer fun because of all the roots. Hence also a 5 for the activity.

Route was very nice. Payment was a little unclear. Telephone reservation fee was listed but upon payment the final amount was higher. That turned out to be in service charges for the payment system that are not on the invoice. I find that annoying. Payment costs should be included in the rate and not added separately. E choppers were sticky. 1 treadmill bike the battery did not last. We did get a spare battery. Finally, the toilets were disgusting.

Nice staff, but the e-bikes were quite old and so with a kind of turbo motor that was very restless. Prices are average for an e-bike. Child seats fine, but also outdated and on 1 the seat belt was out of adjustment.
