The explanation of the app ánd the possibilities without app /QR code are unclear. Maybe better information if you do not use an app. Furthermore, I find it a pity that if you come with one person less due to circumstances, can't be a bit more accommodating. Now we were given drinks (4x) but had to ask for them ourselves. Could also be arranged something more customer friendly. After all, you don't know what the reason is.

Scooters are not properly tuned. Max speed is 25 km per hour, one went up to 41 km. Battery covers taped because original locks on covers were not good. 1 cover fell off the battery while riding. Deposit of € 150 was withheld because of alleged damage while driving away. Employees not open to reason.

We went out on a lopifit. What a wonderful mode of transportation! We were back well within the specified time and we were allowed a second ride. Had a super fun and relaxing afternoon. Definitely going to do it again!

Because the chain kept coming off, the bike ride was less successful than we would have liked. We had bad luck with the scooter last year, and had to wait a long time for a replacement. Now we put the chain on ourselves, hoping it would go better. And we didn't call because we had to wait again. Cycling fun is a lot less because of this. Too bad. Hopefully we can get a refund, that would compensate the damage. Kind regards, Anna Herbert

The bike for my daughter was not in good condition. Derraiillieur not in order and worn out. Chain kept coming off. Squeaked. Gear shifting was drama! Upon returning and was told you should have called us we would have brought a new one! Easy phrase to say. Deep in the woods and how long do we have to wait? No you should not rent this bike. Other bike was fine.

Good organization with excellent instructions. The route was quite short for the time duration. We took over an hour break and still got back half an hour before time. You can't estimate that from the route, but it is a waste of the time you have the echopper available.

Really a lot of fun to do. You come through very beautiful piece of nature during the tour. We were lucky that t was very quiet on the bike paths. Good instruction beforehand by two super nice girls. We recommend it to everyone!

The standard MTB route in Ermelo was highly recommended. The team was very friendly and helpful but knew little more about e.g. equipment or (other) MTB routes.
