The instruction was inadequate. Apparently the intention was to stick to the route only. We were told that the Veluwe Specialist also had a route. As a result, we ran into problems with the range and even the resupplied battery (with a range of 20km) failed 4x in the last 5km. We were stranded in the burning sun for at least 45 min. Even if we had stuck to the route one e-chopper would not have made it. At the end one e-chopper also got a flat tire. Furthermore, customer service was substandard, staff went into discussions instead of helping us with an annoying situation due to shortcoming. We were left stranded and the staff referred to us that we did not follow the itinerary, when we were not told that that is exactly what we were supposed to do!!! Advice: Adjust Terms and Conditions and website to the product you sell. Apparently that is a route with e-choppers and not e-choppers for a certain number of hours.

Super fun to do. Only the explanation and was very short and very brief, and everything had to be very rushed. The staff was also very young to provide good service, they do not yet know how to do things best. Perhaps an older more experienced staff member should be added.

Fun to do.You have to walk a lot to get the route in 2 hours. First part of the route was still some clumsiness .but gradually went better and better. We will definitely rent the balance bikes again. We now know how it should

We organized our own activity, only rented bikes. These did not meet expectations in all of them. Chain hung loose, one bike ran on. Otherwise we had a wonderful day. The girls working for you are really very helpful. They planned a short route for us at the end of the day, which was great fun!

Very nice, it took some getting used to but then it was super fun! Missed a basket or straps to store your stuff. Beautiful route mapped out and also in hot, humid weather just doable because you make your own wind! Recommended

Bad website where it is not sufficiently clear that a children's mountain bike must be rented separately, this does not show up in renting a mountain bike. Despite a comment was placed about children's mountain bike the wrong bike was delivered, your employee indicated that one cannot check the comments with every renter often, too crazy for words! Also overpaid for children's bikes because they were charged for adult. When asking for a refund this was not possible. I would be called back and did not happen. In addition, the rear derailleur was completely broken and I only had those gears. After drawing attention to this, the bike was simply put away and nothing was done about it. When I indicated that I had been bothered by this I was told that I should have called. However, one should be able to assume that decent equipment is rented and that there is a phone number to report calamities. Your employee did not agree. I will strongly discourage people from renting from you!

The explanation of the e bike was brief. We were shown 3 bike routes, 21 km, 30 km or 50 km. So in itself not much choice You get a route map and holder with it. But great cycling.

Very fun activity! The kids of both 7 years old were able to enjoy being up front. Unfortunately we had 1 chopper with battery problems. Fortunately, this was well solved and we could continue riding without paying attention to the time. Suggestion: maybe more routes per branch, so you can have a whole day away with the E-chopper or at least have more options.
