Nice route across Veluwe put together by you guys, at departure and arrival everything was well taken care of. This has nothing to do with the staff but still want to mention it, it is a pity that there is no rear suspension in those choppers.

It was very nice to go on pd with the Lopifit. What I found unfortunate was the mandatory route and distance limitation. The battery was still full enough so we could have easily stayed out longer which would have only made the experience more enjoyable.

We drove a very nice route with the E-choppers, which we were given on a map by the employees of Veluwe Specialist. Really highly recommended!

Nice location, nice staff. Bike was a bit rancid and old though. Chain MUST still be oiled and front tire was 0.5 bar. When cycling, the sprockets appeared to be quite damaged which caused a lot of rattling and creaking and discomfort. The free loaner helmets could also use an update. Otherwise wonderful cycling on the beautiful Veluwe.

It was our first time out with the e-chopper. No worries because the employee gave a good explanation of how to use the e-chopper. As an extra service we were given rain ponchos, partly for the bad weather, but also for the splashing water. A beautiful route and easy to follow via the bicycle junctions.

The ride was beautiful through the Otterlo area and the e-choppers and e-mountain bike were fine. We really enjoyed the ride and had a lot of fun.

Friendly and helpful staff and great equipment. We completed a challenging mountain bike trail. We do recommend placing the trees further from the actual trail. This prevents crashes! :P

There was a difference between the front and rear saddle of the tandem and I would recommend replacing the front saddle with a slightly "better" one. After 3 hours of cycling this was really not doable.... My partner suffered nergels on the rear saddle. In addition, it was quite inconvenient that you could not adjust the handlebars, only the saddle. This made the arm length distance difficult to adjust (you could play with the saddle height, but that in turn affected your leg length distance to your pedals...).

Nice tour done with the e-chopper. Unfortunately, I had a question about what was in the terms and conditions (which we had to sign) and no one on the staff could answer this. This left me with little confidence to get on the e-chopper .

The run-up to arrange everything did not go quite as usual, but we were super kindly welcomed and helped and we had a great time. The beautiful weather played a huge part and the fact, that we hadn't seen each other for a long time.

I was helped super well, and was also told how to drive to bike into the veluwe. Unfortunately it was bad weather, so after a little less than 3 hours I was back. Next time I would definitely rent a bike here again!

Two choppers were not good, 1 plug kept coming loose and 1 was not as good as the other 5. Nothing was done, the choppers were not registered and the plug problem was known. I think it is a pity that at least those choppers could be checked.

We were with 2 families, 9 people, ages 13 - 50. We all found it incredibly fun. After a brief instruction, we practiced for a while on the cul-de-sac behind the property (tip from the employee) and then we took off. Along the way, 1 of the steps had a technical problem. After a phone call that was solved perfectly and we could continue. In between there was not much time to relax. You have to keep going to be back on time. Taking a terrace when it is busy is not recommended. We sat on a bench on the way and took some pictures and were just in time (of course we had to wait for the new scooter). So as a family of 4 and 5 people, you're out as much as 100 and 125 euros for 1.5 hours. In comparison, that's a pretty pricey outing, but we enjoyed it!

Clear instructions, very fun route! We did have an e-chopper that went slower than the others, this was a bit irritating. Despite that, had a fun afternoon!
