Nice day and had good and friendly service from the staff! And nice that lunch could be made gluten free. Only points are that the price for the lunch boxes feels just a bit on the high side for what you get. And I was missing a bell on my bike.

All praise to the friendly but also professional staff. Unfortunately we came back 20 minutes late because we lost our way and we thought we would be called or looked at strangely because we were late. But everything except that first thing was asked if we had enjoyed and had a good time. Well in my opinion really top and all credit to the staff. We will definitely come back!

We could because the walking bike was there with the e chopper reed faster than about 13 km pu . As a result, we could not stop during the 2 hour trip, so this combination was not really convenient. One battery died prematurely but was quickly replaced on the spot. That was great. It was a beautiful trip and surroundings. Highly recommended.

We were received very nicely and registration went very smoothly. The E-choppers worked fine.We did miss a bell for when you want to pass others. And the route goes on quite narrow bike paths in the beginning where it is difficult to pass each other. If you are doing it for the first time, it is quite difficult. Good service that we got coffee/tea at the end because 1 participant had dropped out. Everyone was enthusiastic and had a great time!

Paid for a packed lunch, but it was not available because I ordered it too soon before the start. No problem per se, but I did not get the money back for the lunch. The lady behind the counter was very unfriendly and would not help me further

We were on the late side due to road works. after a 1h30m ride, one toilet did not flush properly. Relatively little explanation was given about the walking bike, directions left much to be desired; we also drove traffic. Staff members were very nice! But due to the busyness of the staff what the whole thing a bit messy/hurried. Maybe it was also due to our group. rubber bands that should hold a route map in place. All in all a very nice afternoon but for about 250 euros everything could have been more professional.

Pretty pricey. But.... a fun activity, though. You do need to be well on your feet! In our opinion, 2 hours is on the short side in combination with the visit to one of the two terraces along the way. The bike paths with posts are on the narrow side. The other bike path users are not used to the e-bike. This makes for unexpected exciting overtaking actions. The e-loop bike is then quite large/long. The last part of the route (after Amadeus terrace) is fine. Sufficient space, also for other bike path users.

Extremely friendly people, bike could have been a little better. First one could not adjust saddle, got another one (fine arranged) this one however fell out occasionally.
