Got 2 bikes along at 10.00 that both had soft tires...and back again so.... And on the way from otterlo to hoenderloo discovered that one of the batteries only had 1 block left. Had to exchange the battery in Hoenderloo.... Bit sloppy...staff did nothing with the information.

L.s. I had booked Saturdays in store for Wednesday Hoenderlo outing ...come we had them booked wrong we had to go all the way to Garderen ...no excuse ...as compensation we got a can of soda....very weird honestly.....

Top guests, nothing difficult "rent a bike and bang on", good bikes with route map on the handlebars. On the way everything to do, from castle to drinking places. They are real TOPPERSssssssss

After reserving five gear bikes and one e-bike over the phone, we received a call five minutes later that five gear bikes were not available after all, after which the reservation had to be adjusted to 3 gear bikes and 3 e-bikes. While we had already made a reservation, it was subsequently adjusted at our expense. I can understand why €4.50 is charged for a telephone reservation. But why an unannounced "service fee" of € 2.95 is added on top of that, I cannot understand....

We had to ask for the bikes to be adjusted correctly (including different saddles as they themselves indicated). Bikes were fairly old and that was noticeable in conformity, rattling and sturdiness. Routes were fine but that's using existing routes. Hope for better bikes next year.

We had a great outing! We had booked at 09:00, but this was not communicated to the riding school. We had all the time and could enjoy ourselves until 11:30. We can imagine that this is not appreciated by everyone.... attention to communication so.... Is this what we paid the service fee for?
