Renting the bikes went smoothly. The bikes were ready on the day we went biking and the staff gave very clear instructions on how to use the bikes.

A wonderful day out on scooters very fun to do. When one of the batteries broke down we had to wait a while but soon we got a full one delivered. A bit annoying that after that another scooter broke down but that was in harder and so within walking distance. The route was beautiful. In short delicious afternoon

Some route numbers difficult to find, did go wrong several times. Apparently we were not the only ones on the way back we met more people with rented scooters who were riding the wrong way. On some paths it was very busy with cyclists but you can't do anything about that. Further clear explanation, nice route! Nice to have done it once.

Very bad, paid 45 euros in advance for the elec bikes, husband had stomach flu cancelled on time . But did not get money back . Never again bad advertisement

Fun to do and good explanation. 1 point not really clear if you look on the internet you think you can also do a route to the high veluwe from otterlo but that appears not to be the case. Maybe clearly state that it is a fixed route but not to the high veluwe. Further top arranged and nice route

Of the 4 bikes, there were 2 that were not 100%. One had a fender and lamp and from the other the motor was making a lot of noise. Seemed to fail.

Unfortunately, there were no e-bikes left, even though we had reservations. Then we got e-choppers. That turned out to be fun, too.

Too bad we had to wait a long time before we got the bikes, this was three quarters of an hour and does come off your cycling time. This could be better organized.

It could be even better by getting everything ready in advance by order since (quasi) everyone makes reservations online. This could reduce the waiting time before departure.

It was super to do, very nice tour, but could have been longer. We were back almost half an hour early!

Helpful, friendly and clear explanations. Tip: There was really enough time to drive the route (2.5 hours). That this is indicated. So that you can plan some stops for example. Further top and very nice route

Super friendly staff, nothing is too much to ask. The bike rode very nicely, but the quality of the material left something to be desired: brackets of the battery were broken off which made the bike feel very rattled and not very safe. I was then given a brand new bike without any hassle. The stand broke off after only a few days. The panniers were very nice, especially if you use the bike for long periods of time. Good experience with this company!

Very nice outing. But the route was a bit long. We would have liked more time to go to an extra terrace in between. And the one moped only drove 20 instead of 30. Maybe we could have had a drink somewhere else.

We were helped in a very friendly way !!! Tuesday in Hoenderloo, and Thursday went super in Garderen !!! And the bikes were super !

Was just a shame, that the electric bikes, which I ordered 4 days in advance were not there due to the crowds. We only got the bikes at a quarter to twelve, which came from somewhere else. We did get a free cup of coffee. But actually they should have reserved it. Now everyone preceded who had been there earlier.

I found for the time we booked the itinerary a little too short, however this was resolved fantastically, even got another one with full battery.... would also be nice to be able to rent them full or half day

Too bad the brakes on my rented E bike straight almost couldn't brake. For safety they really should be adjusted.

We rented the balance bike. Super fun. Nice way to see a lot of the Veluwe. We got a flat tire on the way. Called the service number and within minutes someone came out with a new balance bike. Super service.
