Nice that you rent e bikes, too bad that they are a bit heavy bikes, they react delayed when the support is increased. Just when you think it has no effect you shoot forward. Dangerous in loose sand and semi-sandy, pebbles, so you easily get into a skid. I say this because I rent e bikes here and there at least two or three times a month and have also been coming to you for years, therefore I can compare. And with these bikes I find it 'hard work', not relaxed riding. But I did make a beautiful trip. Garderen is a nice central starting point for versatile nature. And the guys who helped me on my way were nice and helpful. Sincerely.

The bikes are somewhat dated...... the saddle is also quite stiff . I did not have a bike without defect until the 3rd bike try . It seems to me that for this day price the bikes will need replacement next year ...?!

Arranged quickly. Staff very friendly. The bikes on the other hand are not in the best condition as loose battery, no suspension and very hard saddles, but all in all we had a nice bike ride.

We had rented 2x tandem bikes, now of all d bikes the saddles were sagging, chains were not lubricated so the bikes pedaled heavier and squeaked. We didn't think it was worth the 100 euros they were just old bikes in our eyes. I also reported this to the guys there.

What a fun experience on the e-chopper. We laughed and also enjoyed the beautiful scenery. It was sometimes searching for the junctions. If you do have an app it would be nice if it tells you if you have to go left-right-right. Furthermore, the app was nice with info and assignments.

It was not known beforehand how long the route would take so we came back earlier. For a 1st time it was fun to do! In terms of safety, the turn signals could be improved, if you have to put out all your hands....

We enjoyed a glorious day. Park Hoge Veluwe is a wonderful location for cycling. The route indication could be better, with only the red mushrooms it is difficult.

Unfortunately on 1 of the bikes the battery rattled, which was very annoying. Don't think it's safe that when you stop at an intersection you have to put your support back because otherwise your bike will shoot forward. With a branded bike you don't have this and I personally find it safer.

Employee did explain how the electric bike worked, but then did not help adjust the saddle. It would be nice if an employee would help with this so that you can sit properly on your bike. In addition, the two electric bikes were adjusted differently from each other. One bike went much faster than the other while having the same setting and gear. This was a bit unfortunate since you want to ride together. In short: not very satisfied with both the bikes and the service and would definitely not rent a bike again.
