I rented a Bakfiets (Dutch cargo bike) for the first time to go biking with my dog. The cooperation of the ladies was very nice and my dog and I had a great afternoon. It is definitely worth repeating.

Very well received, despite some loss of time caused by ins; excellent explanations, e.g. about the use of E-chppers; smooth flow to the archery program afterwards, delicious bottles of water in the backpack, top! DE, VELUWESPECIALIST is a professional company, well equipped', consumer friendly, an asset to your activity always and very good to succeed. Also great accessibility and great info and options on their deliverable activities. Go do it with them, you won't regret it. .!!! Do it...!

Excellent reception. Clear and correct. Bakfiets (Dutch cargo bike) was also in great condition. Nice that I got 2 full batteries and a charger. Satisfied. I had already taken my own bike to the shop when the saddle was loose. Although it was not a rented bike from you, I was helped then too. Very kind! And it was partly why I now rented a Bakfiets (Dutch cargo bike) from you.

We found the bikes not quite top notch, but otherwise everything was fine. Lots of routes available and good recommendation/explanation. A 10 for the staff !

Nice route done on Sunday from Garderen. Since nothing was open in terms of catering, we made few stops and were through fairly smoothly. We were early, but then didn't necessarily need to be back earlier. That was neat! Really drove a very nice route as well. Explanations were otherwise clear. What we found special is that we were not asked for our driver's license.

Quick and efficient reception by friendly and helpful staff. The only thing we found difficult is estimating how much time you have to enjoy views or a drink in between. Maybe you guys can come up with something on that.

For us it was the first time and also following the junctions so we went, at the 4th I believe, already in the wrong place. We thought we were smart and entered the bike point with that number but that was completely wrong because we were now on the other side of the route as it turned out later! So stupid, we wasted an hour and in consultation with the VSG we went back to the start. There we got a small route and it went fine. Still enjoyed it and had fun because we felt like klunzen ... but well we hope to do it again next year and then well!

we enjoyed our E-chopper tour. Service was very good. Heard that the regular E-chopper is going out that would not be nice for some people as you can easily get on and off on the regular E-chopper . Hope you guys can take this on board.
