"After about 2 km, a battery did not seem to make a good contact. The support fell off every time. Pushing against the battery did help, but temporarily. After 100 meters the battery failed again. So we drove back. We were kindly helped and got a new scooter.
This is the second time we did this activity in Otterlo and again we had a dead battery at the end. Well you can go call and have to wait a while. We just pedaled and walked the last part (from the Mossel) anyway.
So there are problems with the batteries! This was also admitted by one of the employees. A very fun activity, but hassle with the batteries does put a damper on this afternoon.

We got e choppers for that.
My preference is still more to the bikes.

"Before Uddel, we were the only ones who had rented the E-bikes that day. We were called and asked if we wanted to leave from Garderen. We preferred not to because we had left from Garderen last time and wanted a completely different route this time. The response to that after discussion was that Uddel was really closing anyway and that we could leave from Garderen. Don't ask us then!
This really could have been handled differently by, for example, giving a little more explanation, which would probably have resulted in more understanding on our part."
