We had GPS with the mountain bikes according to the reservation, however, this was not available. It's not always easy to find your way in a wooded area you don't know. When you book something, you also expect it to be available. The staff member did not advise us what route/distances were possible and what would suit our (beginner) group.

Very nice, and super nice that we were given a poncho was much needed. Enjoyed the tour, just would like to make some longer stops here and there to really soak up the energy of the area.

it was a fun activity to do. The weather was not good it rained a lot which did make it a little less so. The route was a lot shorter than the time we had. Also, the scooters weren't all the same speed and some fell out of the plug quickly. Despite the weather we had a great day.

I didn't have a key for the battery, which meant I had to put the bike in our cottage, which after the requisite rain of the past few days was no party, because we're not on vacation to mop up. Clearly a minus. Also, the lock was loose because at one point even started to rumble against the spokes, which can't be safe anyway and I managed to secure it with waist wraps. Also a minus.

The tandem ride was fun but tough. That has everything to do with poor fitness and difficulty letting go of control. The service from Veluwe specialist was fantastic. The activity was easy to book and on arrival of the rental we were very kindly received, given clear information and afterwards an interested chat from the staff about how the day was. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful outdoor ride at Manege Belvedere. Lovely 2 hours over the Veluwe and through the forest. Very friendly people and a warm welcome. Definitely to be repeated!

Excellent service. Also nice that we could return the bikes later because we were mistaken! Would check the bike bag before rental though. We still found some dirt from our predecessor in the bag.

We had rented 2 tandems. But the bikes themselves could be improved, like softer saddles and the handlebars/grips of the one on the back were very loose. Saddles really way too hard. For the rest very nice and friendly staff

Nice bikes, the only point I would like to make is that the employees pay attention to the size of the person. The frame of my bike was really too small. I am 1.80 and got a 54 frame.... Saddle had to be too high, then the handlebars sit too low.... Other than that, it was top notch!

Super and quickly arranged! Nice extra service that we could borrow a backpack (no luggage rack on e-chopper for bag, so that's the only option to bring anything. Also the use of ponchos is highly recommended in wet weather due to splashing water. Also that was neatly arranged at departure point. Compliments! Nice route.

When making the reservation over the phone, I was not told that I had to pay right away. I was called a few hours later if I could still do that, so the reservation would not expire. That felt a bit commercial, that it all had to be done so quickly. On site very good service, both at the desk and the guys at the bikes, all went smoothly and quickly.

What a fun outing this was. On the e-chopper through the beautiful surroundings of Garderen. Really enjoyed it! Even our children of 12 and 10 years found it very fun to sit on the back.

The employee was not too enthusiastic and did not give any instructions. From 1 of the 2 chargers was also the plug broken (later found when charging).
