Poor reception and had to wait very long for the ladies behind the counter. We had reserved 4 bikes why did we have to wait so long. And couldn't that digital signature for the conditions have been made earlier, at the time of booking? The guy handing out the bikes had never really worked on a bike before. Changing saddles with a wrench and not knowing what's left and right? That certainly took us another 20 minutes. And the people behind us waited obediently. Turns out the bike was also pulling to the left and pedaling in 3rd gear. I took yet for granted. All in all very expensive for the service you expect.

Was fun to do and we got a good explanation of the balance bikes. Route was very nice! We would have preferred a little more time in that. Now we had 3 hours, but hardly any time to go somewhere and have something to eat.

Very fun to explore the Veluwe with the e-bike. In the beginning it is very uncomfortable but soon you get the hang of it and you can go over the trails in highest gear.

Enjoyed our trip on the E-chopper. We were glad we went as early as 10 am because it was nice and quiet then. The bike lanes are not the same width everywhere, so it would have been harder to pass each other in more crowded conditions.
