Nice activity! Point of improvement: display the junctions better or larger instead of working with the small signs that are sometimes almost hidden in the bushes. This makes it easier not to deviate from the route. In fact, it's more fun to just enjoy riding and not have to look for junction signs. For the rests just fine!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Interested in the customer, after the tour they asked us where we had been. We were asked if we already had an idea where we wanted to cycle to, there were written out routes ready, which we were given on business card size and was taped to the handlebars with good tape. Well thought out. It's the little things that do it! One bike had a pannier where we could put our stuff. Really great.

The bikes are fine, but the opening hours are not wide enough The store did not open until 9:30 a.m. and we had to be back by 5 p.m.

Good bikes, great explanations and nice people. Slightly on the expensive side compared to other tourist places. ( DR ) ... there an electric bike costs 20 euro per day.

Was very nice E-chopping.We recommend the luxury choppers. These are just a little more luxurious because they are equipped with rear suspension.We had also rebooked from standard choppers in Voorthuizen to the luxury choppers in Garderen. Was quickly arranged.Top.

Easy to arrange through the website, pickup and return went smoothly. Nice also that there are ready-made junction routes in the store. The electric bikes are of good quality.

We had a very nice morning. Beautiful route through the Veluwe. Bike paths were sometimes a little too narrow with oncoming traffic. It was difficult to estimate how much time you had left to get back in time. Otherwise it was an activity we would like to do again.

The employee gave the wrong itinerary to us (2 hours instead of 3 hours). When we came back and got the deposit back, the employee said that the deposit was PINed while it was paid in cash. So our deposit was lost. Eventually it was found but it took some time. All in all it was not very well organized.

Waiting time/check-in took way too long. Long line with only 1 employee available. Minimal information, you almost grab your own bike and helmet and can leave. No explanation about the bike or routes to follow. No attention to the guest, just cashing in.

Unfortunately, the parent-child tandem was not in good condition. The freewheel for the child did not work, so she had to cycle the whole 45 KM with it, which is no fun for a child of just 5. (For the parents afterwards, neither!)

Very nice outing, the E-bikes did a great job and the route was beautiful. Ridden much of the route with maximum support, but the battery held up just fine. Keep in mind that with the 3 hour show route, there is only just enough time to grab 1 sidewalk cafe.

2x electric bike rented but rattled quite a bit, no working bell at 1 bike Front headlight did not work either, reported upon return but the bike was just put back with the rest of the bikes, wonder if something is done about it? Have been coming to you for many years, but yesterday was a disappointment plus the prices have gone up, too bad. But otherwise had a nice day.

You were super well received. There is good questions about your experience only because my daughter did not say anything at that time. It was also a nice tour and we were very well guided. the boy who walked with me also saw very well when he had to hold the horse. that is a very nice feeling.
