We were helped very nicely and they were very flexible so that we could still enjoy the escooters even though the time est shorter. They tailored a shorter route for us. Only downside: the scooter we were given had a squeaky brake; not good for the tires and less so for ourselves.

I think it's bad that you can't rebook the activity in case of illness! Especially at this time! And the notification of this rule could also be more friendly! The E chopper rattled and squeaked a lot too! The maintenance could be better!

Employee exuded little enthusiasm. Wear on one vd mountain bike went to 5 and no further. Saddle could not be adjusted. We had to make do with that. The route was very beautiful and we enjoyed it.

As a surprise for my mother's 60th birthday, we rented 5 echoppers with the family. The route through the woods is beautiful and the activity itself very fun! After half an hour of riding, my mother and brother-in-law switched echopper by chance. Half an hour later, the front fork of the echopper flies off, the handlebars turn over as a result and my brother-in-law makes a huge crash across the road. He still managed to catch himself reasonably well. But his hands are open, his shin blue and deep abrasions. Life-threatening! Despite the fact that this obviously should not happen, it is fortunate that he happened to have traded places with my mother. If that one had taken such a hit, it would have been worse. We called the breakdown number, waited 45 minutes and they were a bit indifferent and mostly looked at the echo hopper. The scare was on us, but still managed to finish the nice ride. Upon arrival you have to sign a form with terms and conditions, which could use a communication upgrade. It doesn't set the tone for a pleasant afternoon, but good clarity is also important! Just make sure your materials are in tip-top order and at least pretend that you are also interested in the damage of/to the person instead of just the echopper.

Unreachable by phone that day. Employee was extremely slow and uninterested. E scooters do need maintenance. No suspension, steered awkwardly.

A ten is unfortunately not in the cards: again 2 of the 4 E-choppers almost empty. Maintenance of the choppers leaves much to be desired: squeaking equipment, missing mirrors, horn not working and turn signals not working or whose equipment is broken. I understand that a lot of damage occurs during a season, especially with inexperienced and reckless riders, but safety should be paramount. Nevermind that we'll just book again next time!

Good equipment, however, poorly maintained and not cleaned properly. Staff no understanding of bikes or maintenance, would expect more from them. Even due to poor maintenance dangerous switching situations. You don't want that on a mountain bike. Also insufficient knowledge of surroundings or routes for several days. Missed opportunity, poor service. Because beautiful surroundings and basically good quality material.

We rode a nice route with the E Chopper. Only one e-chopper was significantly slower than the other. That did not drive nice/fun. When we returned we reported this, but a response like 'oh, well. Well, that's possible.' This we found very unfortunate, did not feel heard in this.

We had a great afternoon together! My daughter's E-chopper was not functioning very well, but a new one was brought without any problems. However, we do find some of the bike lanes narrow for an E-chopper. Especially if you have to pass each other!

Instruction short but sweet, friendly staff. Echoppers we got were neat and did a good job. Very nice route with good variety between forest, heath, farms and Staverden castle. The route was a little shorter than the time stated for it. We had a great day!

The rented mtb had a worn out rear brake which regularly resulted in dangerous situations and irritations. Regularly checking the essential parts of a bike will certainly contribute to (traffic) safety.

The mountain bike ride was great. Beautiful route, narrow trails, nice and blubbery. Really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the rented mountain bike from the Veluwe specialist was way below standard. The bike was much too small, larger ones were not available (rented in advance, so should have been there, or clearly indicated when booking). Handlebars jammed and the bike pedaled through. In short, it was totally great, but not thanks to the quality of the bike provided.

Booking the bikes was easy. Too bad they were bikes with front wheel motor. That should have been different for the price of 25 euros per bike. In addition, the bicycle straps were missing. When we pointed this out, the employee gave us a bicycle bag. One of the bikes had a loose turning saddle. We immediately went back and the bike was exchanged. But of course that bike should not have been issued. Other than that, the bikes were fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had an excellent day of cycling in this way, but the value for money was a bit skewed.

We were welcomed nicely, given a good explanation in terms of regulations. At the e-chopper we got a good explanation of how everything worked and what to watch out for. Nice staff and in for a laugh.
