The e-choppers all had loose footrests. Would be nice if those were fixed. Also, the brakes on the left side were much lower than the right side. If the vehicles were maintained a little more carefully it would really enhance the experience. The guy explaining talked way too fast. We had tremendous fun!!! Friendly staff!

Changing the battery would require any key. We had to try several keys before we found a suitable one. Maybe an idea to include a Key anyway.

Activity is fun. Reservation is more laborious. Not really customer friendly, no flexibility in terms of times. That's a shame.

Great mountain bikes, we did have to change 1 of the 5 (5 minute bike ride back) because the gears didn't work. Another 2 bikes that shifted slower than used to. Route very nice! A nice addition would be to be able to increase the length of the route in smaller increments, for example 5 or 10 km extra.

Fine arrangement, the booking and contact, was fine and well arranged. Unfortunately there were 3 cancellations on the day itself / in advance due to positive covid tests, too bad we could not cancel them and get the money back (partially) had saved us over 120.00 euros ... We could have had a few beers for that afterwards during our company outing. In part I understand this from a business point of view, but customer friendliness with a compensation would also be nice. Next time we will think twice before we book ...

I do have a complaint about my partner's electric bike, I had my own. The electric bike turned out to be downright dangerous as while walking the pedals automatically turn slightly and the front wheel drive is disproportionately activated. My partner walked with the bike in hand and at one point was almost launched with bike and all in front of an oncoming car. I find this unacceptable, the staff said it was pointed out that while walking the switch should be set to zero, but you sometimes forget that. But the violent reaction was attributed by the employee to the front wheel motor, every bike with front wheel motor would suffer from that. Well, my partner has a bike with a front-wheel motor at home himself and it does not suffer from it at all. In my opinion, these bikes should not even pass a bicycle approval, they are life-threatening. . I have been a technical teacher myself at machinist school and I don't think these bikes are suitable for public roads, or rental. I hate to say this, but maybe I can prevent accidents in the future.

Well helped by staff and activity we found super fun. While looking for an event I read your reviews and saw that there was a fee to be paid when booking by phone. Thought that would not happen to me. Now I find out that I had to make an additional payment of € 3.75 administrative costs or something. Still a bad taste in my mouth.
