Easy to rent the bikes online. Friendly staff giving detailed instructions. Only drawback of Veluwe Specialst Garderen is no parking for the car. After looking for a parking spot nearby (nothing available) we finally decided to park a couple of minutes walking away.

Had specifically requested information by phone first. Did not book by phone (for some reason that costs 4.50 euros). Got the tip to have lunch at Buitenplaats het Loo. On site it turns out there is only a 30 minute break in the program. That is not enough to have lunch with a group of 7. There was no thought given to this, only repeated that we had to be back on time ... By the way, we had done the tour in 1.5 hours while it was supposed to be a 3-hour tour.

If you are not used to front-wheel drive, it is difficult cycling with the electric bike. Therefore, we will not rent them a second time. Also because the bikes only come in one size and only the saddle can be adjusted. Nevertheless, we had a nice trip. And the staff were friendly and helpful.

I had asked a question through the email address if you could also rent a mountain bike by yourself (the website is completely set up for group rentals). A response came from them that this was definitely possible! Picked up the bike in the morning, and rode a wonderful mountain bike route in Otterlo. Pretty technical, but doable for someone who has mountain biked before. A versatile route of 17.5 km. Definitely recommended!

What an incredibly nice staff! They helped me very well and were very enthusiastic. I got extra batteries and the charger for the Bakfiets (Dutch cargo bike) so I could ride carefree. I had a great time and next time I will definitely rent from you again!

Booking , paying and picking up went fine But the type of front wheel drive electric bike is really not a type you can rent out in 2023 anymore. This type of electric bike is hardly sold anymore because they are not comfortable to ride
