The Veluwe Specialist gets a 10 from me for service and thoughtfulness!!! Because I had not paid close attention myself (driving license required for E-shopper) I had to change our activity last minute. The employee recommended E-shoppers and that was great! We now had a mix and could switch between us, except for the one without a driver's license. The E-bike is just as fast as the E-shopper and it hardly takes any physical effort.

Had a lot of fun! Only downside is that on your phone you cannot see the route/nodes at the same time with the popups of the interactive route. Is dangerous and irritating to switch while driving

The parent child tandem was technically out of order. Only the 3rd one we got was reasonably ok but brakes still substandard. Through our own vigilance we returned the 1st 2 bikes. Saddles not or very difficult to adjust, rear wheel was loose (!), brakes not in order. Normal bike was fine.

Bakfiets (Dutch cargo bike) rented for my mother because she unfortunately can no longer cycle on a normal bike due to a bridge angle tumor she had. After a lot of searching I ended up here where they rented a Bakfiets (Dutch cargo bike) with 2 wheels in front and she could try cycling. She really enjoyed it and it was worth the ride. Price was very high, deposit was fine.

Riding the E Choppers was great. Staff was very nice and cooperative, we were able to exchange 1 more chopper for a bike because 1 person found it too exciting. We had a great day.

We were met by 2 girls who received us extremely friendly and enthusiastic. Everything was clearly explained and we were offered a beautiful bicycle route which we gratefully accepted. Nice that there were toilets available. Next time we would use the Veluwe Specialst again!

Superb route received. The Mussel-Owl Forest Route. Staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. Equipment was not brand new, but functioned just fine. Did miss one junction though. This is number 78. At junction Doesburgse Molenweg with the railroad we read 60 and 7. And no 78. There must have been an 8 omitted. Because indeed 78 is meant there. Confirmed by consulting google streetview. Therefore resulted in a somewhat alternative continuation of the route. Honestly did not look at the sign very closely. Might have seen something of the 8 then. Did think there must be something wrong with the signage readable from the bike.
