On Saturday, August 22, 2026, the forest rangers of Geldersch Landschap & Kasteelen are organizing a late-evening discovery tour for children in the Sysselt forest area. Although it’s still far from being truly dark, twilight is already settling among the trees. The forest rangers will take the children on an exploration. What can be heard and seen now that it’s starting to get dark? There’s plenty to discover as you walk.

Time: starts at 7:30 p.m. Duration: approx. 1.5 hours.
Participation fee: 6.00 euros per person; children ages 8–12: 3.00 euros per person; donors: 3.00 euros per person; children ages 8–12 of donors: 1.50 euros per person upon presentation of a valid GLK donor card.
Tip from the forest ranger: Please have one parent or guardian per child. Suitable for children ages 8 and up.
