The forest rangers of Geldersch Landschap & Kasteelen are organizing a family scavenger hunt on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at the Staverden estate. Step into the enchanting Staverden forest, where the forest rangers have mapped out a magical scavenger hunt. Follow the clues and solve the riddles you encounter along the way as you set off on an adventure with your parents or grandparents. Families will set off one by one, ready to unravel the mysteries of nature. This nature scavenger hunt is perfect for children in grades 2 through 8, but older children will enjoy it too. Upon your return, the forest ranger will review all the tasks, and who knows—maybe a delightful surprise awaits you as a reward by the crackling campfire. Advance online registration is required.
Time: starts at 7:00 p.m. Duration: approx. 2 hours.
Participation fee: 6.00 euros per person; children ages 4–12: 3.00 euros per person; donors: 3.00 euros per person; children ages 4–12 of donors: 1.50 euros per person upon presentation of a valid GLK donor card.
