The forest rangers of Geldersch Landschap & Kasteelen are organizing a Sunday morning walk on Sunday, June 28, 2026, through the Lichtenbeek and Boschveld estates. Lichtenbeek and Boschveld are contiguous estates with a varied landscape, situated on the gently rolling southern edge of the Arnhem moraine. As you walk through forests and along avenues, you’ll see rolling farmland, pastures with livestock, and here and there a few farms and old cottages. It’s also interesting to note that traces of both the distant and recent past of the two estates can be seen in the landscape. During the walk, the forest ranger will highlight the rich culture and nature of the estates. There will also, of course, be plenty of time to enjoy the surroundings in the relative quiet of a Sunday morning. Advance online registration is required.

Participation: €6.00 per person, children ages 4–12 €3.00 per person, donors €3.00 per person, children ages 4–12 of donors €1.50 per person upon presentation of a valid GLK donor card.
