VOORTHUIZEN - The forest rangers of Geldersch Landschap & Kasteelen are organizing an evening walk in the Wilbrinkbos on Saturday, March 7, 2026. Normally, the woods are not accessible after sunset. An exception will be made on Saturday, March 7. Rustling leaves, animals scurrying away, and perhaps the call of a tawny owl. It is precisely these sounds that will make you realize that a walk you have taken many times during the day can suddenly be completely new and different at night. Give it a try and join the forest rangers. Advance online reservations are required.
• Time: starts at 8:00 p.m. Duration: approx. 2 hours.
• Participation: €10.00 per person, €5.00 per person for donors upon presentation of a valid GLK donor card.
• Tip from the forest ranger: Because it can be quite dark at night, it is advisable to bring a (small) flashlight. This excursion is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
