LUNTEREN - The forest rangers of Geldersch Landschap & Kasteelen are organizing a New Year's walk on the Wekeromse Zand on Saturday, January 17, 2026. A fresh start to the new year begins with a winter walk. For the first time in a long time, we will be walking across the part of the Wekeromse Zand near the Iron Age farm, right through the forest area. At the start of the walk, the forest ranger will also tell us something about the fascinating history of the Iron Age farm. Advance online booking is required.
Time: starts at 2:00 p.m. Duration: approx. 2 hours.
Participation: €6.00 per person, children aged 4 to 12 €3.00 per person, donors €3.00 per person, children aged 4 to 12 of donors €1.50 per person on presentation of a valid GLK donor card.
